the summer heat had me running sluggish this morning...kind of felt like I was just going through the motions so I ran as easy as possible...covered the mean streets of Mutual Estates for 3.2 miles and 31:08...still a day with a run is a good day...
I'm off to the OBX of North Carolina for two weeks this weekend...yip, yip, yippppeeee!!!
